I turned up on Tuesday afternoon for them to look at my car as it was making a funny noise! The mechanic took it straight out & came back saying it was unsafe to drive with my children in the car! They instantly sorted me a curtesy car & off I went. They called me later on to say it wasn’t covered on my RAC warranty & let me know the cost. I told them to go ahead & by Wednesday lunchtime the car was ready! When I went to pick the car up they had printed off all my RAC documentation that I had previously emailed to them which I thought was such a lovely touch! As I got home I noticed there was a two pack of light bulbs on my passenger seat, they had noticed one of my headlight bulbs had gone & replaced it & left me with the second one in the pack! I looked at my bill they HADN’T even charged me for the bulb or fitting! I didn’t even ask them to do it! What an absolutely amazing garage! I stopped at a PEUGEOT dealer in Weston super mare who were utterly useless and said they couldn’t even look at it till the 8th October ( very helpful !!) so stuck with a major problem I called at these guys ,to see if they could offer any help or advice. They were nothing short of brilliant, they took the car straight away and fixed it within 24 hours, so I could continue my holiday. I had an expensive job on my car for the MOT, but not only were they reasonably priced, but they also showed me what needed doing, which put my mind at ease. Then when all the work was done, they took it to the MOT station, where it failed, for the retest, and collected it. I call that above and beyond!
